Certified: Our Appraisers hold designations of CEA (Certified Equipment Appraiser) from the AMEA (Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers) and CMEA (Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser) from the NEBB (National Equipment and Business Brokers) Institute.

Client Centric: Arrow may do the work, but it is your appraisal. We’ll provide you with a detailed valuation that suits your needs and will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have before, during and after the valuation process.

USPAP Compliant: USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America.

Here’s a brief overview of the valuation process:

– During the initial consultation, we’ll gather necessary information in order to develop a scope of work. This may include a fixed asset ledger, equipment list, invoices and any other pertinent company details. We’ll also discuss the intended use of the report which helps zero in on the appropriate value definition and research methodology.

– After a signed engagement, site visits, if necessary, are coordinated with the company being appraised. Site visits are conducted in a manner that combines the collection of the most relevant information and discretion towards ongoing production.

– Information gathered on-site is then analyzed and the appropriate research is conducted. This research may include the analysis of recently sold and/or currently for sale machinery, recent auction sale results, discussions with OEM’s and used equipment dealers as well as referencing our in-house database.

– Everything is then crafted into a comprehensive, yet easy to digest, report that includes a brief market analysis and an in-depth look at the asset composition. Some clients prefer limited data analysis while others request the addition of certain statistics. Arrow Valuation can customize this report to suit your specific needs.

– After the final report is issued, Arrow Valuation isn’t finished. Whether it’s answering a question about the market or connecting a client with one of our many strategic partners, Arrow Valuation is here to assist you with the use of your valuation.
